Our platform is integrated with USPS, and UPS to ensure users have multiple options for shipping. If you decide to not print a label directly from our site, then you have the option to upload the tracking number from the carrier you purchased the label from. We do not hold inventory for our users at the current moment, and thus all items are shipped directly to the buyer and are handled by the postal system.

   Card Stock-Exchange is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office. If a buyer faces this situation, they must contact the seller and both the buyer and seller must sort this situation out with the post office.
